TransEuropa Ferries NV adds third vessel to new passenger service

Transeuropa Passenger Ferries has taken the M/V Eurovoyager (ex RMT Prins Albert) into service as a third passenger ferry.

On 20th July 2004 Transeuropa Ferries commenced a new passenger service between Ramsgate and Ostend using two ferries, M/V Larkspur and M/V Oleander, which combined to provide four daily crossings in each direction.

The new service has received a positive response from the passenger market and bookings are continuously growing into the autumn and spring season.

Transeuropa Ferries is therefore proud to announce the introduction of a third passenger ferry, M/V Eurovoyager on the Ramsgate to Ostend route to ensure continuity of service throughout the autumn and winter.

The M/V Eurovoyager (former RMT vessel Prins Albert) has been refitted to accommodate passengers in pleasing and attractively furnished public spaces, creating a cosy and warm ambience in the bars, bistros and restaurants where passengers can enjoy a relaxing meal.

Transeuropa has operated a successful Freight line between Ostend and Ramsgate since November 1998. The service currently offers 10 departures a day in each direction using six RoPAX vessels.
